Assistant Creative Director

Dionna El is an African American film producer and aficionado from Trenton, New Jersey; she currently resides in Indianapolis.  She became a film producer and assistant creative director for Bilal World Entertainment after meeting founder and creative director, Muhammad Bilal, at the Hollywood premiere of The Blue Cave at the world famous TCL Chinese Theatre. 

Dionna work experience and expertise include initiatives involving workforce development, early childhood education, health and well-being, and community empowerment. She has worked United Way providing direct services and resources to community-based organizations. 

She became a producer with Bilal World Entertainment to combine her work of supporting underserved communities with creating films that focus on social change. Dionna most recently produced Bilal World Entertainment's latest film, Perdido.
