Dionna El is an award-winning producer, creative strategist, and community engagement professional dedicated to using film as a catalyst for education, healing, and social change. As the Assistant Creative Director and Producer at Bilal World Entertainment, she oversees production operations, strategic partnerships, event production, marketing initiatives, and audience engagement, helping bring impactful stories from concept to screen.

With a background in project management, nonprofit leadership, education, and community outreach, Dionna has successfully coordinated large-scale film premieres, panel discussions, wellness events, and educational initiatives that connect audiences with meaningful conversations around mental health, social justice, and underserved communities. She has cultivated partnerships with schools, healthcare organizations, nonprofits, and community leaders to expand the reach and impact of Bilal World Entertainment's productions.

Dionna served as Producer for the award-winning short film Perdido, helping guide the film through production, festival strategy, community screenings, and public engagement. Her passion lies in creating experiences that extend beyond the screen—bringing together filmmakers, mental health professionals, educators, and community organizations to inspire dialogue and create lasting change.
